Alan has more than 9 years of external and internal audit experience working in international audit firms.

Having worked in Singapore and Malaysia, he is familiar with Singapore, Malaysia and IFRS GAAP.  He has performed numerous assignments in various industries.

His experience includes auditing a statutory board of the Government of Singapore, multinational corporations, and small and medium companies.  Some of Alan’s current clients include listed companies and private companies in Singapore with operations in China, United States, Russia, Dubai, Belgium and India.

Alan has experience in assisting companies going for initial public offering in Singapore Exchange; he is also familiar with US GAAP as he had worked on a number of US GAAP reporting engagements.

He is a Member of Certified Public Accountants of Australia and a Non-Practising Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
