Carol has more than 19 years of tax experience gained in international public accounting firms.

She has advised several multinationals and local companies, across a range of industries including wholesale distribution of goods, manufacturing, hospitality and trading on income tax, stamp duties and goods and services tax (“GST”) issues.

 She has been involved in the review of GST systems for compliance and adequacy for GST return reporting purposes, preparation and submission of GST returns, reviewing GST returns, dealing with queries raised by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (“IRAS”) and liaising with IRAS on behalf of clients.

She also has gained extensive experience in tax due diligence work for cross border transactions and mergers & acquisitions exercises.

Carol is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
