Dana has over 9 years of experience in public accounting, financial reporting, financial audits for both public and private companies, experience in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) disclosure, and reporting requirements in diverse industries, including distribution and communications.  

Her professional expertise spans a number of professional services, including audit, accounting research and SEC services across Asia and the United States.

Dana graduated in 2001 from Dickinson State University, Dickinson, North Dakota, with a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S in Business Administration.

She is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and a Member of the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA).
