Dana has more than 9 years of experience in public accounting, financial reporting, financial audits for both public and private companies, experience in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) disclosure, and reporting requirements in diverse industries, including distribution and communications.  

Manager of firm’s US Desk and specifically responsible for SOX 404 implementation, US GAAP/GAAS projects and audit reviewer for multinational groups.

Assists in compliance of the Company’s auditing software with IAS, GAAS and PCAOB standards.

Responsible for professional services, including audit, accounting research and SEC services for a number of significant multinational clients operating in Asia and the United States.

Conversion services between local GAAP (including IFRS) to US GAAP for Asia Pacific.
