Background

Over 8 years of experience of which 6 with Mazars Financial Advisory Services (‘FAS’). Specifically in charge of developing and managing due diligence projects with a view to assisting clients in their transformational initiatives.

International exposure gained through due diligence assignments led on-site with Mazars’ offices in France, South Africa, the United States, Spain, The Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Experience gained through Buy-side and Vendor due diligence performed for both corporate and private equity funds with acquisition and divestment projects.

Expertise spans a number of financial advisory services, including buy-side and vendor due diligence and purchase price adjustment procedures across Europe, the United States, emerging countries (South Africa, Brazil) and now Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore).

Industry experience covers oil & gas services providers, gaming, retail banking (car leasing), transportation services and logistics, power plants suppliers, entertainment and media, defence, real estate, Internet or B-to-B retail.
