Your first years as a graduate
As a graduate you will broaden your skills and quickly acquire greater responsibilities. That is how you will get to share our entrepreneurial spirit.
A rapid increase in responsibility
- As an assistant you will take part in assignments at our clients;
- As a senior you will start to manage teams and deal directly with clients;
- As an experienced senior you will take part in the operational aspect of Mazars by hiring and training people yourself.
- As a manager you can take charge of an assignment by yourself.
Progressive sector specialization
During your early years with us, you will not specialize in any specific sector.
This will allow you to gain experience in all types of assignments across a broad range of sectors such as banking, insurance, industry, services or the public sector.
You will then be better equipped when it eventually comes to choosing the sector and business that are right for you.
