Eric Albrand, 52, a graduate from the Institute of Political Studies in Paris and the ENA, the French National Administration School, joined Mazars on 4th April as the new Group Chief Financial Officer.
Most of his career has centred on the Finance Function, which he managed in several international corporates, from a strategic as well as an operational angle.
After a first appointment as a Civil Administrator at the French Finance Ministry from 1985 to 1989, Eric Albrand was successively Financial Director of the Seita up to 2001, of FCI (subsidiary of the Areava Group) and of the Altrant Group from 2002 to 2009. In 2010, he also co-founded CPI Associes, an investment fund dedicated to industrial SME's.
On joining Mazars, M. Albrand will started by managing the finance function, accounting, treasury and reporting at Group level. As part of his new role, he also becomes a member of the GEC (Global Executive Committee), where he will help structure Mazars' performance and systems operations, on a European and global scale.
