Meet Nur Syafiqah Mohammad Helme
In our second video of #WomenatMazars, we sat down with Nur Syafiqah Mohammad Helme, an associate who joined the firm as part of the Mazars Inspires New Talents (MINTs) programme.
Syafiqah talks about her experience as a fresh graduate and young woman entering the industry, and how she draws inspiration from the women around her.
As a newcomer in a competitive environment, she feels motivated to receive the same opportunities as her male counterparts.
“The focus is on your work ethics and experience. Success is not determined by your gender, but on how you perform at work and the results that you deliver. As an employee, I want to work in an environment where diversity and inclusivity is emphasised.”
Her story shows that #EmbraceEquity is not just a buzzword and highlights the importance of creating an inclusive workplace where everyone has an equal chance to thrive.
Meet Rain Chong
The third video of our #WomenatMazars series features Rain Chong Seow Yee, our Outsourcing Partner, who joined the global partnership last December.
