Mazars Partners will be giving a talk on a seminar co-organised with Duane Morris & Selvam LLP called, “M&A In-Depth: The Lifecycle of an M&A Deal - Exploring the Tax and Due Diligence Issues” on 11 July 2017 at Income at Raffles.
