Mazars GRIC supported the IPO listing by providing a pre-IPO Internal Control Review.

CMC Infocomm is a regional-integrated and innovative communication solution, and service provider with operations in Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines. With over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, CMC Infocomm’s business is divided into four main segments:

  1. In-building coverage
  2. Outdoor construction
  3. Telecommunication implementation
  4. Maintenance services

CMC Infocomm has established good track records and long standing relationships with reputable customers, suppliers and communications network equipment vendors. Its ability to provide full turnkey solutions, and meeting the evolving requirements of customers, has given it a competitive edge in the telecommunications industry.

Mazars’ GRIC was appointed by CMC Infocomm in December 2014 to perform internal control reviews in the 1st quarter of 2015 for its Singapore and Bangkok, Thailand operations. The success and contribution of it has led the team to be further appointed to formulate the Standard Operating Procedures in the Company.

Both engagements were led by Mazars GRIC Director, Allan WW Wong, while the Head of Mazars GRIC Mak Chung Yee served as Quality Assurance Director. Senior Consultant, Nuruh Nadiah also played key roles in the development of the 2 winning proposals.

The Management and Staff of Mazars in Singapore extends its heartiest congratulations to CMC Infocomm on achieving this significant milestone!
