Tah Wee Han speaks about "Crossing Borders" during IE Singapore's "Understanding M&A in Germany Workshop"

Mazars' Head of Consulting, Tah Wee Han, was one of the speakers during IE Singapore's "Understanding M&A in Germany Workshop" on 19 November 2014.

Germany saw its strongest M&A performance by deal value since 2007 in 2013, with €72bn worth of deals being closed. In fact, inbound M&A in Germany has increased every year since 2009. M&A activities are particularly strong for industrial and chemicals sector with opportunities present in the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) sectors as well.

Many small German SMEs face financial issues or do not have proper plans for their succession in place and this is an opportunity for Singapore companies to tap on these SMEs who are often niche sector specialists that offer technology, expertise and network for M&A partners.
