Elaine has more than 20 years of international tax experience, specialising in Banking and Private Equity Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) in Asia. She has extensive experience advising on multi-country high profile M&A deals in Asia, providing advice on tax efficient structures and funding arrangements for share/asset acquisitions and new investments into entry markets, corporate restructuring, pre and post deal restructuring, efficient profit repatriation techniques, leading tax due diligence, negotiating tax indemnities and warranties, obtaining successful tax rulings, etc.
Elaine has more than 15 years of industry experience in Oil & Gas, Private Equity and Banking industries. She is also experienced in South East Asia taxation and has been holding regional and global tax roles in an international bank.
