Justin has 8 years of experience working for professional service firms and as an in-house Corporate Secretary. He is a qualified Chartered Secretary and also an Associate Member of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS).
He has managed a portfolio of public and private companies and assisted the boards, including those of listed companies, with compliance and regulatory requirements. Justin has also served a broad range of local and international clients in various industries including aerospace, offshore & engineering, estate & trust, commodity, shipping, pharmaceuticals, finance-related, jewellery manufacturer, China liquor manufacturer, publishing, and more.
