Kit Ee has more than 15 years in the corporate secretarial profession, with hands-on experience in working with clients of various sizes, ranging from private companies, branches to listed companies.

Her portfolio spans a broad range of local and international clients across industries, such as property, oil & gas, logistics, manufacturing, and investment holdings.

She is experienced in both in-house and corporate service provider roles and in all aspects of corporate secretarial compliance, company registration, corporate restructuring and dissolution, and cessation of business and more.

Currently, Kit Ee leads the Corporate Secretarial team and Liquidation team as well as supervises the Immigration Solutions team at Mazars in Singapore.
