Mazars Singapore hosts IPO training

After the recent successful project as joint reporting accountants for Nexion Technologies Limited, Mazars Singapore hosted an Initial Public Offering (IPO) training session with the IPO teams from Mazars Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia offices.

Paul She, Partner from Mazars' Hong Kong, led the IPO in Hong Kong training where he discussed the best practices about the successful listing of Nexion, a Singapore Group listing on the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE).

The IPO teams shared their knowledge and experiences with the Malaysia team, who are also preparing for future projects since more companies from Malaysia are exploring listing on HKSE.

It was a tremendous time of sharing and empowerment among the teams, which certainly built team spirit among these offices playing vital roles in the Asia Pacific region.
