Being granted with the highest Trainee Development level, this means that Mazars provides adequate financial support and demonstrate our commitment to the training and development of our employees. This also means that our employees who are ACCA trainees can take advantage of the Performance Objective exemption which allows them to be exempted from completing the challenge questions associated with each of ACCA’s Performance Objectives.
We are also the Approved Employer in relation to continuance professional development for our existing employees who are ACCA members. What this status entails is that Mazars’ training and development infrastructure meets the very detailed requirements in relation to ongoing professional development for our employees who are also ACCA members to ensure that they keep themselves technically up to date. It means that our employees who are also ACCA members are automatically exempted from having to follow ACCA’s CPD Unit Scheme route. However, they will still need to complete their CPD declaration confirming that they are covered under the Approved Employer route.
