Damien Yong Associate Director, Risk Consulting

Damien brings with him over 12 years of audit and assurance experience. He started his career in a Big 4 firm and was with a global consulting firm before coming onboard Mazars.

He has worked with various MNCs and Public Listed Entities across multiple industries, delivering a broad range of client focused solutions that includes leading local and regional Internal Audit, SOX, Special Investigations, Enterprise Risk Management, Advisory work and Pre-IPO Internal Control Review.

Over the years, he has also worked closely with the Internal Audit Functions of local banks and blue chip Singapore listed entities to perform Institute of Internal Auditor’s Quality Assurance Reviews and also, assisting these clients to develop their Quality Assurance and Improvement Program.
