Shen Way is a Partner at the audit & assurance practice of Mazars in Singapore. With over 10 years of professional experience in audit and assurance in international accounting firms, he is experienced in working with publicly listed entities, multinational firms, and privately owned business clients.

With extensive involvement in numerous assignments spanning from financial due diligence, investigative audit to Initial Public Offerings (IPO) projects on the Singapore Exchange (SGX-ST) and Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HKSE), his industry audit experiences include start-up entities, investment holdings, precession engineering, hospitality, commodity, manufacturing, building constructions, retail, clean energies and logistics.

In addition, his past portfolio includes audit assignments on a variety of capital market services for licensed financial advisers, registered insurance broker, direct insurer (general), licensed and registered fund management and asset management companies regulated under Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

Shen Way has a MSc in Accountancy and Finance from Birmingham City University, United Kingdom.
