Mazars in Singapore is thrilled to have facilitated a significant acquisition between Smart IMS Inc. and IT Consulting Solutions (ITCS Group), led by Ellyn and Gavyn from our Financial Advisory Services team, supported by M&A counsel from Ashurt.
